Description

Dehesa de Santa Marta is a mosaic area of rainfed cereal crops with patches of Mediterranean scrub (holm oak remains). The dehesa area is attractive for numerous birds of prey. Among the birds you can see in the area are Spanish Eagle, Black Kite, Red Kite, Booted Eagle, Golden Eagle, Hen Harrier, Montagu's Harrier, Great Bustard, Little Bustard, Black-bellied Sandgrouse and Pin-tailed Sandgrouse.
