In Middle Harling Heath Eurasian Skylark can be seen singing in the air and Yellowhammer call from the tops of the bushes. Other birds you can encounter in this area are European Stonechat, Eurasian Nightjar, Greater Whitethroat, Common Cuckoo, Mistle Thrush, Sparrowhawk and Eurasian Goshawk.
