Description

Brookmill's habitat is actively managed to provide the best conditions for species that are harder to spot elsewhere in London, including Common Kingfisher, Little Egret, Blackcap and Goldcrest. The pond is very peaceful and particularly pretty in spring, with a very loud dawn chorus. Egyptian Goose, Mandarin Duck and Grey Heron also feed there.
