Description

In Kalba Mangroves Reserve many gulls, terns, herons and waders can be seen in the mangroves and on the large mudflats with various limestone areas. Also many different sea turtles can easily be observed in the strong tidal rivers. Delimited towards the sea by dunes which are grazed by gazelles. With a bit of luck, the last pairs of the Arabian Collared Kingfisher (Todiramphus chloris kalbaensis) can be observed in the mangroves.
