This part of the Tuzla river side is calm, so this situation makes it nice birding area. Around the river bed, there are many farmlands and olive gardens. You can see water birds and the song birds along the river area. It is also nice to visit the mouth of the river where the river flows into the sea. There are Yellow-legged Gull, Little Ringed Plover and larks. When you go up to the upstream partyou can find Black Stork, Ruddy Shelduck, Black-winged Stilt, Common Sandpiper and many more. Furthermore, the area is nice with the flowering Nerium oleander in June and the sea shore.
