Description
Sundet is a small water passage that unites south and north Bergundasjön lakes. This area is a good place for birding. Southwest of Sundet is a little cape that offers a fine view of the birds of Bergundasjön Lake. Walking trails lead into the surrounding beech woods of the Bokhultet nature reserve. Among the birds you can see in the area are Osprey, Greylag Goose, Canada Goose, Mute Swan, Smew, Goosander, Great Crested Grebe, Great Cormorant, Grey Heron, Great Egret, Sparrowhawk, Eurasian Goshawk, White-tailed Eagle, Great Spotted Woodpecker, Eurasian Green Woodpecker, Marsh Tit, Goldcrest, Eurasian Treecreeper and Pied Flycatcher.
