Description
The lake at Lappvik is shallow and rich in vegetation. From the bird tower you get the best overview on the most bird-rich part of the lake. Among the birds you can encounter are Eurasian Wigeon, Greylag Goose, Smew, Reed Bunting, Red-necked Grebe, Great Crested Grebe, Black Woodpecker, Western Marsh Harrier, Eurasian Kestrel and Osprey. In the meadows Short-eared Owl and Long-eared Owl have also been seen foraging.

Access
Parking is available by the road opposite the sign that shows the path to the bird tower. It can sometimes be difficult to see though, but there is a smaller driveway opposite the sign placement. Walk about 600 meters through forest and later a small clearing. The path is marked with color markings.
