Description
Parque Forestal Juan Carlos I is a city park in Melilla. Because the park has diverse habitats and water running through it, the area attracts many birds. Furthermore those birds are relatively easy to see. Among the birds you can encounter in the park are European Turtle Dove, Laughing Dove, Pallid Swift, Common Sandpiper, Little Egret, Cattle Egret, Eurasian Spoonbill, Sparrowhawk, Long-legged Buzzard, Eurasian Hoopoe, European Roller, Eurasian Wryneck, Barbary Falcon, Rose-ringed Parakeet, Woodchat Shrike, African Blue Tit, Western Olivaceous Warbler, Common Bulbul, Common Myna, Common Nightingale and Cirl Bunting.
