Description
The Alfacada Lagoon is a very important and important natural wetland in the Ebro Delta. It is part with the Tancada, of the last natural wetlands of the Delta not occupied by rice cultivation. There is a great diversity of wetlands due to the differences in water level and salinity. Thus a very great diversity of bird species reproduces there or stops there in migration or in wintering. You can see great birds here like Penduline Tit, Squacco Heron, Purple Swamphen and Purple Heron.

The Mirador Migjorn is located to the south of the Ebro Delta at the end of the Migjorn path which heads east from Sant Jaume d'Enveja. The watchtower is located a few dozen meters before the Migjorn beach. Parking is available right next to the watchtower.
