Estanque de la Guinardera is an artificial lake created on the outskirts of Sant Cugat / Rubí where many birds stop to rest and forage. Among the birds you can see are Barn Swallow, Eurasian Hoopoe, Little Egret, Magpie, Eurasian Green Woodpecker, among other seasonal ones.

The pond belongs to the municipality of Sant Cugat, but it is quite isolated from the urban center, it is almost easier to get there from Rubi. It is an uninhabited area with enough space for parking. It can also be reached by bus, walking or cycling.
