Acantilados de Casines is an ideal place to observe birds with a spotting scope. In autumn and winter it presents a concentration of waders. You can always see Eurasian Spoonbill and Kentish Plover. Groups of Greater Flamingo are common. Birds like Grey Plover, Black-tailed Godwit and Common Greenshank stand out. In winter there are large groups of Eurasian Wigeon.

Recommended to go at dawn and dusk between October and March. Flocks of Eurasian Wigeon can be hundreds of birds. Waders are very abundant.
