Description
Due to the presence of shallow pools, the Vadu area is popular with waders such as Broad-billed Sandpiper, Black-winged Stilt, Temminck's Stint, Little Stint, Kentish Plover and Red-necked Phalarope. In spring and autumn it is a good place for migratory birds. But also in summer many marsh birds such as Purple Heron, Glossy Ibis, Whiskered Tern, Black-crowned Night Heron, Western Marsh Harrier, Little Crake and Paddyfield Warbler are breeding in this area.
