Description
Observatorio Bio Melides on the shore of the Melides Lagoon. The area is considered as one of the most important ecosystems in Portugal. When the water level is good the birds are close to the view point. Among the birds you can see are Gull-billed Tern, Common Tern, Sandwich Tern, Little Tern, Black-winged Stilt, Kentish Plover, Common Ringed Plover, Great Cormorant, White Wagtail, Greater Flamingo and Western Marsh Harrier.
