Aeródromo de Pinhanços is an airfield where you can find lowland birds when doing a trip around the mountains. The area has easy access and you can watch birds year-round. Birds you can encounter include Northern Lapwing, Eurasian Siskin, Garden Warbler, Zitting Cisticola, Eurasian Wryneck, Eurasian Scops Owl, Red Kite, Black Kite and European Goldfinch.

The Aeródromo de Pinhanços is located in the Seia municipality near the villages of Santa Comba, Arrifana and Pinhanços. Follow N17 direction Seia or Gouveia and, in the village of Pinhanços, take the right/left to Aerodromo. Press P on the map for directions.
