Szczodrzykowo Reservoir is located 18 km south-east of the regional capital Poznań near the village of Szczodrzykowo. Surrounded by agriculture the reservoir is an oasis for birds. Among the birds you can see here are Great Bittern, Western Marsh Harrier, Common Crane, Corn Bunting, Ruff, Garganey, Crested Lark, Common Tern and different species of ducks, geese and grebes.
