Description

Park Zdrojowy was created at the turn of the nineteenth and twentieth centuries in the English style. In the years 2010-2012, a revitalization of the park took place. More than 200 trees and several hundred shrubs were planted throughout the park. The areas adjacent to the Mała and Jeziorka rivers were cleaned. In the wetlands, special walking platforms and two wooden observation decks were created on the eastern edge of the park. In the park and the wetlands you can see a surprising amount of birds. About 150 species of birds can be observed here throughout the year. Among the birds you can see are Common Kingfisher, Black Woodpecker, Middle Spotted Woodpecker, Great Spotted Woodpecker, Eurasian Green Woodpecker, Little Grebe, Common Goldeneye, Goosander, Eurasian Nuthatch, Eurasian Siskin and sometimes even Great Reed Warbler.
