Description
Mokradła Żegockie nature reserve is one of the most interesting wetlands in the area. The reserve includes wet meadows and wastelands located in the terrain depression, among cultivated fields. Parts are overgrown with reeds and sedges. More than 100 species of birds have been recorded here. Among the birds you can observe are Red-necked Grebe, Great Bittern, Great Egret, Common Teal, Garganey, Northern Shoveler, Spotted Crake, Water Rail, Common Snipe, Jack Snipe, Ruff, Red Kite, Lesser Spotted Eagle, Pallid Harrier and Western Marsh Harrier.

Access
The best way to get here is by car with the road from Olsztyn to Żegota through Jeziorany. The area can be walked around but on foot (about 6 km). A telescope can be very useful.
