Description
Many ducks, herons and waders migrate through this site. European Golden Plover, Sanderling, Eurasian Oystercatcher, Ruddy Turnstone and Moustached Warbler can be seen on migration. During winter from the beach can be seen Mediterranean Gull, Black-throated Diver and Sandwich Tern. Levant Sparrowhawk, European Turtle Dove and Water Rail breed here.

Access
Buljarica is located on the coast south of the town of Petrovac. You can park at one end of the beach and go by foot to the other end. Other parts of cove can be accessed by car and on foot. Click on a P in the map for directions to a parking spot. The circular route indicated on the map is about 6 km.
