Description
A walk along the Torrente Sturla is interesting for the heronry with Grey Heron. And going up the river you can observe birds like Eurasian Moorhen, Water Rail, Yellow-legged Gull and Black-headed Gull. Also easy to see all year round are Mallard, Great Cormorant and Common Kingfisher and passerines (European Goldfinch, Common Chaffinch, Common Chiffchaff). You walk along the river, starting either from the mouth or from the Roman bridge located further inland.
