Especially during the migratory periods you can observe some aquatic birds or birds typical of reed beds, quite rare or infrequent migratory birds as well as other typical species of agricultural environments. Among the birds you can see in the area are Spotted Crake , Little Crake, Water Rail , Garganey , Great Bittern , Little Bittern , Black-crowned Night Heron , Purple Heron , Bluethroat , Penduline Tit , Willow Warbler , Pied Flycatcher , European Bee-eater, Golden Oriole , Reed Warbler, Great Reed Warbler , Marsh Warbler , European Stonechat , Whinchat , Common Snipe , Jack Snipe and Monk Parakeet.
