Oasi Naturalistica Ex Cava Gemma is a small and quiet nature reserve that is easy to access. It is located 20 minutes from the center of Bassano. The area has a nice bird life. Among the birds you can see in the area are Eurasian Green Woodpecker, Great Spotted Woodpecker, Common Buzzard, Eurasian Kestrel, Sparrowhawk, Eurasian Jay and Golden Eagle.
