If you want lo take a look at some birds while walking in the city of Padua or drinking a "spritz" or a coffee at the bar, you can take the pedestrian walkway along the Piovego canal. Always present Eurasian Moorhen, Great Cormorant, Pygmy Cormorant and Common Kingfisher. It's also possible to see Grey Heron, Little Egret, Black-headed Gull, Mute Swan, Mallard, and passerines like Long-tailed Tit, Great Tit and Eurasian Jay in the tree lines.
