Description
The road between Napi and Mavia is a good spot for breeding inland species, like Cretzschmar's Bunting, Cirl Bunting and Wood Lark. Next to the road, several parking spots (see map) are present which give you a good overview over the forested hills and rocky outcrops. The forested parts are good for Eurasian Nuthatch and Common Nightingale. Raptors, like Long-legged Buzzard and Eurasian Goshawk, breed here too.
Just around the middle of the track, a perfect spot for Olive-tree Warbler is present. Especially on the western side of the road, the semi open wooded areas are great to find this scarcer species.
