Access

Between the Zwenkauer lake and Zitzschen, there is a parking lot (marked with a P on the map). Coming by public transport, you can use the bus stop "Zitzschen (Zwenkau), Großdalziger Str." or take the train to "Großdalzig (Zwenkau), Bahnhof". If you do the latter, it is recommended to take the bike for the remaining distance.

The area itself should be explored on foot or by bike. A circular path is theoretically possible, but you would have to walk or cycle around the Zwenkauer lake, which ist quite some distance.
