Seasonally flooded grassland near Greifswald with an observation tower. Many different birds can be seen.
The saltmeadows of Ladebow are seasonally flooded grassland areas with associated reedbeds. They are suitable for all kinds of ducks and waders. From the observation tower you have a perfect view on the area. Common Crane, Spotted Redshank and White-tailed Eagle are just a few of the great amount of birds you can see here.
You can come by car or bike via the street "Ladebower Chausee". You can park at the beginning of the farm track, but it is not really a parking place. Then, by foot or bike you can follow the track and go towards the observation tower. It might be wet and slippery.
