Klosterforst Preetz is a forest with a good number of large trees and some dead wood. The most common forest birds can be found here. Among the birds you can see are Black Woodpecker, Middle Spotted Woodpecker, Wood Warbler, Tawny Owl, Eurasian Goshawk and Common Raven.
