A great place to spend the morning looking for shorebirds and terns, including lunch afterwards.
Cap Esterias is a really good spot to find West African Crested Tern and shorebirds if they are migrating through. The road into town can be birded as well for forest species. It's a good spot to head to after birding the arboretum.
To reach Cap Esterias drive north from Libreville. Find a parking spot near the beach, head up the beach, looking for shorebirds and terns. Click on the P in the map for directions or coordinates. There are really great restaurants to eat at after birding.
