Description
Le Point Sublime is perched on the heights of the Causse de Sauveterre plateau, You have a great view of the Gorges du Tarn. The difference in altitude is approx. 400m. The vultures hover below, swifts buzz around your ears. Among the birds you can observe are Griffon Vulture, Egyptian Vulture, Alpine Swift, Short-toed Snake Eagle, Eurasian Black Vulture and Red-billed Chough.
