The Zoerselbos has a diverse landscape with old deciduous and coniferous forests, wet grasslands and small patches of heath. This diversity provides a nice variety of birds to observe.

Nederlands: Het Zoerselbos is een 400 ha groot natuur- en bosgebied bij Zoersel en Halle. Je komt een divers landschap tegen met oude loof- en naaldbossen, beemden (natte graslanden) en kleine stukjes heide. Die diversiteit geeft ook een mooie afwisseling aan waar te nemen vogels.

Access
The Zoerselbos is located near the towns of Zoersel and Halle. You can park in the Boshuisweg/Peggerstraat. Click on the P on the map for directions to the parking lot. Further on there is a visitor center that is only open on weekends and public holidays. The circular walk indicated on the map is approximately 6 km.

Nederlands: Het Zoerselbos ligt bij de plaatsen Zoersel en Halle. Je kan parkeren in de Boshuisweg/Peggerstraat. Klik op de P in de kaart voor een routebeschrijving naar de parkeerplaats. Verderop ligt een bezoekerscentrum dat echter enkel open is in het weekend en op feestdagen. De rondwandeling die is aangegeven op de kaart is ongeveer 6 km.
