Since 2005 the Goed te Parijs has been a newly developed young forest with seed orchard, grazing area with meadows and young plantations.
Goed te Parijs has Greater Whitethroat and limited Icterine Warbler breeding in the young plantations. Not every year European Stonechat is present as a breeding bird. The seed orchard is good for thrushes such as Redwing, Fieldfare, Blackbird and Song Thrush in winter. The slightly older birches are an ideal biotope for Goldcrest, Firecrest as breeding birds and in the winter period you have a chance of Common Redpoll and Eurasian Siskin.
