Good city birding in Dundee on the north shore of River Tay from Riverside Nature Park to Balmossie.
Tay Estuary in Dundee is a tidal river that is of interest year round. Good city birding with Jégmadár, divers, auks, waders, wildfowl, various gull species and migrant waterbirds. The birding is especially good in wild weather conditions.
The whole area is easily accessed by public transport. Some industrial areas of Dundee port are closed to public but the general area is mostly visible. Press a P on the map for directions to a parking lot.
