Description
Aldeburgh Marsh is a grazing marsh with pools, a footpath around the outside skirting the River Alde and a central path to overlook the pools. Birds you can observe include Greater White-fronted Goose, Brent Goose, Common Shelduck, Eurasian Wigeon, Common Ringed Plover, Black-tailed Godwit, Bar-tailed Godwit, Eurasian Curlew, Ruff, Curlew Sandpiper, Common Snipe, Eurasian Skylark, Sedge Warbler and Reed Bunting.

Aldeburgh Marsh is located directly west of Aldeburgh village. Best viewed by public footpaths. Parking at Slaughden or Aldeburgh village (Press P on the map for directions) and walk out. The circular route shown on the map is about 5 km.
