Renatured marsh of nearly 20 hectares that is now again listed as a biotope of national importance.
Marais Chamoson in the Rhone Valley is located between inhabited areas, agricultural area and a motorway. It is an island of nature in the middle of the Rhône plain with ponds, wetlands and meadows. The Chamoson and Ardon marshes have benefited from major revitalization work. Fauna and flora have reclaimed the place and now this low-marsh of national importance hosts a very high biological diversity. Explanatory panels present the fauna and flora that inhabit thw area. Among the birds you can see are пчеларка, вртивратка, обично страче, рибарче, мал нуркач, сива чапја, голема бела чапја, трскар рогозар, брегова ластовичка, планинско ливадарче and црноглаво грмушарче.
