First section (of the 3 into which it is divided) of the Manzanares Linear Park in Madrid, which is located around the lower basin of the Manzanares River.
This section of the Manzanares Linear Park, with almost 100 hectares, was completely renovated at the beginning of the 21st century. There are different areas that are for bird watching in the park. In the recreational park you can see many passerines and other species such as Pupavac, Svraka, Kos, etc., to the river walk where there is an abundance of ducks, herons and other water birds. All this in a very pleasant environment, well designed for recreational walks, and with the existence of a bike lane throughout its route.

It can be accessed on foot from the Legazpi metro (15 minute walk) or directly from Madrid Río, thanks to a recently created wooden footbridge.
