Wildlife observation point and photography hide owned by the Andalusian Government and managed free of charge by the Proyecto Sierra de Baza association.
Observation hide Cañada del Espartal is located in a wooded area of Parque Natural Sierra de la Baza. In front of the hide is a little pool. Several perches are also installed, with dry branches and trunks, strategically placed, to facilitate the access of birds to the water and also the photograph of the birds that approach the place. The hide itself is comfortable and well equipped. A significant number of bird species is present throughout the year. Birds you can observe or photograph include Crested Tit, Common Crossbill, Eurasian Goshawk, Subalpine Warbler, Rock Bunting, Long-tailed Tit, European Serin, Great Spotted Woodpecker and Sparrowhawk.
