Description

Basses de Gallissà are 3 artificial ponds in a former mining place. It mixes habitats like riparian forest, hay meadow and freshwater. Nice place to watch the White-throated Dipper, Common Kingfisher, Blue Rock Thrush and some ardeidae.

Access

Basses de Gallissà is located west of the village of Bellver de Cerdanya. There is a parking and a barbecue zone right in the beginning of the route and you can also get there by a short walk from Bellver de Cerdanya. Press P on the map for directions to the parking. The circular walking route shown on the map is about 1,7 km.
