Stagni di San Sebastiano is a small wetland located along the river Stura di Demonte south of Fossano. Among the birds you can encounter are in the area are Garganey, Little Grebe, Water Rail, Black-winged Stilt, Little Ringed Plover, Common Snipe, Common Tern, Pygmy Cormorant, Purple Heron, Black-crowned Night Heron, Eurasian Hoopoe, European Bee-eater, Golden Oriole, Common Nightingale and many more, see the birdlist below.
