The coastal habitats of St. Peter-Ording represent a unique hotspot of biodiversity with a large number of rare species. The FFH area is a Natura 2000 area with forest and dunes. Flora und Fauna Habitat Sankt-Peter-Ording can be accessed via several hiking trails. The best way to get around is on foot, but you can also cycle. It is a protected area, so please stay on the marked trails and keep your dogs on a leash! The circular walk indicated on the map is about 2,5 km.
