Great area with very good opportunities to take good photos. Common Kingfisher, Water Rail, Great Cormorant are just a few of the bird species found there.
The Biotop am Polstermähder is a small but very nice wetland with shallow water zones, ponds and reedbeds. Birds are fed all year round near the birdwatching tower. This makes this place very suitable for bird photography. Among the birds you can spot are Common Kingfisher, Water Rail, Great Cormorant, Common Snipe, Little Bittern, Yellowhammer, Reed Bunting, Common Tern and Northern Lapwing.
Best by car. There are enough parking spaces directly in front of the observation tower. Click on the P in the map to get directions.
