Tidal observation area with salt marshes and mudflats. With some dependent species, also seen on Mont Saint Michel.
Vains is a quiet area with a little traffic in summer and good visibility over the entire bay. An observation of less than a nautical mile is possible with a telescope. A good pair of binoculars or a fairly powerful camera can also help, but a telescope is the best option.
