Description

Rade d'Amour is a ormer oyster farm restored into a natural space. Shorebirds of all kinds rest there, but also gulls, passerines and birds of prey. Pointe d'Arcay (also a nature reserve) is nearby.

Français: Zone humide de quiétude pour l'avifaune. Ancienne exploitation ostréicole restaurée en espace naturel. Des limicoles de toutes sortes s'y reposent, mais aussi des laridés, passereaux, passage de rapaces, la pointe d'Arcay (réserve naturelle également) est toute proche.

Access

Rade d'Amour is located on the Atlantic coast near the Baie de l'Aiguillon. Free parking nearby. Click on the P in the map for directions. Disabled access. Access only on foot (bicycles not allowed). Observation tower allowing a beautiful 360° view.
