Observatory located on the edge of the Ramières national nature reserve, which is home to a rich and diversified fauna.
At Observatoire Ornithologique Françoise Seyvet 218 species of birds have been recorded. Including 70 breeders and a hundred migratory bird species. Also in winter many birds visit the area. Among the birds you can encounter in the area are Little Ringed Plover, Osprey, Eurasian Hobby, Purple Heron, Little Egret, Common Kingfisher, Common Sandpiper, Little Grebe and Golden Oriole.

Best is to park in the parking lot of the lakes. Click on the P in the map for directions or coordinates. The observatory is very easily accessible in 5 minutes on foot.

You can also follow the 'Sentier du castor' (beaver trail), which runs along part of the river Drôme and passes through the forest.
