Overlooking the Grosne valley, the town of Brancion offers a magnificent panorama which allows you to observe migratory birds in spring and autumn such as European Honey-buzzard or Red Kite. From the car park you can hear Western Bonelli's Warbler. The ancient buildings of this site offer many nesting possibilities for birds such as Jackdaw, Common Swift or the Common Redstart. Finally, it is not uncommon at dusk to hear or see the Eagle Owl.

The Citadelle et Point de Vue de Brancion is accessed on foot via the access road to the medieval city. Click on the P in the map for directions to a parking spot.
