Chantepie Bocage Citadin is an open space with all types of vegetation and riparian woodland. Different species of passerines and corvids can be observed and during migration passage of waders. Birds you can see include Cetti's Warbler, Melodious Warbler, Linnet, Common Chiffchaff, European Stonechat, Eurasian Blue Tit, Great Tit, Grey Heron, Great Cormorant, Common Wood Pigeon, Magpie, and Carrion Crow.

Chantepie Bocage Citadin is located on the eastern outskirts of the town of Chantepie. Park in the car park near the skate park. Press P on the map for directions. From there you can explore the area on foot.
