Description
Preloška Marina is located on the western side of Dubrava Lake. An area with reed beds, islands, shallow waters and open water on the point where the Drava river flows into Dubrava lake. This is an important wintering place for waterbirds for this part of Europe and a great place to look for reed birds. Among the birds you can encounter are Common Goldeneye, Little Grebe, Reed Bunting, Sedge Warbler, Great Reed Warbler, Savi's Warbler, Penduline Tit, Pygmy Cormorant, Common Kingfisher, Common Tern, Western Marsh Harrier and Black-crowned Night Heron.
