Accumulation lake Tribalj is a nice place to take a walk and rich with water birds.

Description

On Lake Tribalj you can see a lot of water birds. For example Common Kingfisher, Mute Swan, Yellow-legged Gull and several species of ducks, grebes and herons. The site is also good for raptors like Common Buzzard, Sparrowhawk and Western Marsh Harrier. You can also observe White Wagtail, Black Redstart, Hawfinch, Eurasian Green Woodpecker and Great Spotted Woodpecker and if you are lucky Eagle Owl.

Access

Lake Tribalj is located just north of the village of Tribalj. Access to the lake is really easy as a road passes near the lake and you can park almost at the spot for birding. Click on the P in the map for directions.
