Étang de Latour has a bird hide that provides a view of most of the pond. Many species of birds that are dependent on aquatic environments pass through the pond during migration. At these times, you may have the opportunity to observe morčák velký, hvízdák eurasijský, kopřivka obecná, husice liščí, polák chocholačka, čírka obecná, čejka chocholatá, bekasina otavní, volavka bílá, volavka popelavá, potápka malá, kachna divoká and many other birds. The species present in the summer are fewer in number but other species can be observed, such as slavík obecný, potápka roháč and pisík obecný.
