Description

The Bufferbekkens (water storage basins) in the Pieter Verhaeghestraat in Kuurne are located in an agricultural area. The basins attract birds and on the basins and in the surroundings some nice birds can be seen. Among the birds you can see here are Great Egret, Bluethroat, Grey Heron, Blackcap, Northern Lapwing, Little Ringed Plover, Reed Warbler, Sedge Warbler and Eurasian Oystercatcher.
