Description

Wetterwinkel Rheindelta is a viewpoint at the harbor in Gaissau which is a great birding-area in winter. Many species of ducks, grebes and swans remain here from November to March. It's for example the best place to see Black-necked Grebe andSlavonian Grebe in winter at the Rhine delta. Also ducks like Common Pochard, Tufted Duck and Greater Scaup are common here in winter.
