An upland area on the edge of a former collective farm. There's open pasture, a stream, derelict buildings and a large reservoir nearby.
The range of habitats, the area's undeveloped character and its upland location attract unusual species and there will be migratory fly-bys. In addition, the reservoir attracts some waterfowl and a communications tower holds a colony of Lesser Kestrel . Raptors such as Bearded Vulture may also be seen.
